Q	What is the length of the cables and size of cotton balls?
A	This question definitely wins the competition for the most frequently asked, so we made special drawings for it :) You can find them HERE with all technical information about our cables. Each cotton ball has around 6,5-7 cm.

How much energy the sets consume?

A

We have good news for you: almost nothing! :) Depending on the set: – cable in line with 10 light bulbs – each bulb uses 1,08W (10,8W for the entire set); – cable with 20 light bulbs (in line and in loop) – each bulb uses 0,84W (16,8W for the entire set); – cable in line with 35 light bulbs – each bulb uses 0,45 W (15,9W for the entire set); – cable in loop with 35 light bulbs – each bulb uses 0,78 W (27,3W for the entire set); – cable in loop with 50 light bulbs – each bulb uses 0,62 W (31,2W for the entire set). So, for example, a garland with 20 balls, shining all night long (for 8 hours), consume only €0,69 of energy during the whole month.

Q	Are the Cotton Ball Lights safe?
A	Yes, they have all the certificates required for sale in the European Union. However, remember that these are not toys: balls and wire should be placed out of reach of children.

Q	How to clean a garland?
A	Dry - gently vacuum or use a feather duster. Do not clean them using any liquid, because the balls can lose their shape.

How to assemble the set yourself?

A

Nothing simpler. And it’s also great fun to make your own lamp, isn’t it? Balls can be arranged in any order and changed according to your own taste. You can spend a nice evening doing this! :) You can find assembly instructions HERE. Of course, you will find them in the box, together with your set. However, if you want to receive the garland already assembled and ready to use, we can do it for you – just order the ASSEMBLY (SERVICE).

Q	Can I send the garland as a gift?
A	Yes. Please let us know when ordering and will pack set in decorative paper and ready to send a gift to the indicated address. If you have any special request, such as adding bileciku to the present - please contact us individually. We'll see what we can do for you :)

Q	I want to order a set as a gift. Can you not put the receipt in the package?
A	Of course. Just let us know that it will be a gift when ordering. When we pack it as a gift, we never put the receipt inside. We will send it to you by e-mail - just enter the e-mail address in which you want to receive it.

Q	I want to receive a VAT invoice - what should I do?
A	Usually we send a simplified invoice in the package. If you want a complete invoice, please let us know. Immediately after completing the order send us an e-mail to shop@luminart.pt (in the email add also the number of the order).

Q	To what bank account should I transfer the payment for purchased products?
A	Our NIB: 0065 0923 0042 7600 0024 7 All the info about payments can be found HERE.

Q	How much time do I have to make the payment?
A	The faster you pay the sooner you will recive your package, but you can do it in 7 days. Then we usually delete the order, but you can always make it again. :)

Q	When will there be any promotions?
A	To see all our news, you can check our Instagram and Facebook pages – click "Like it", add as to observed and be the first to knows about our promotions and special offers!

Q	How much costs the delivery?
A	All information about delivery costs you will find HERE. Remember that purchases above €70 will be sent to you at our expense! :)

Q	How are the sets packed?
A	Sets of 10, 20 and 35 - balls are packed in a transparent plastic box and of 50 balls in foil. Then, each set is packed in a cardboard box.

Q	How fast the products will be sent?
A	Purchased sets usually are prepared on the day in which we record the payment in the account and sent the next day. Remember that during the holiday season shipping time can be extended to 7 days.

Q	What if the bulb burn out?
A	For each wire, we attach two or tree spare bulb for replacement – trailed them to the labels on the cable. If you need more bulbs they can be ordered HERE.

Q	Cable is broken / all the bulbs burned – how to file a complaint?
A	Any complain can be made by e-mail on info@luminart.pt or by post to the following address: Luminart Rua da Gloria 26 4950-463 Monção, Portugal If the cable is broken/malfunctions, please send it to the above address, along with your order number, e-mail address and contact address for delivery. Q	At what time can I contact your online service?
A	We are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
